I think BMW's best OEM wheels are behind them, ie. the E46. The new ZSP wheels off the E92 335i are nice but kind of bland. Most Lexus wheels are boring though, but thats kind of their style. The GS hybrid wheels are the only ones that are unique. The SC wheels make me wonder how they've made it so long.

These Mercedes ones are very nice and classy though...

Exactly what I think. These wheels are good choices for people that don't mod their cars. For the rest of the world (as in all of us here), they cannot compare to a nice set of HRE's or other good brands with fat lips, forged and light wheels.

Are these stock wheels forged or cast?

agree with ya. lexus japan has couple more choices, too bad they are making it japan exclusive again.

and yeah, some of these wheels are pretty nice, but depending on prices, i am pretty sure there are nicer stuff out there. and i still like the 65 amg series wheels most so far

Yup, those on the CL65/SL65 are still my favourite Mercedes factory wheels so far.
