Honda FCX Concept
Fuel Cell-Powered Vehicle
Honda has held a demonstration drive of the next-generation FCX Concept fuel cell vehicle, an earlier version of which was shown at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show. The FCX Concept now features a newly developed compact, high-efficiency Honda FC Stack. Limited marketing of a totally new fuel cell vehicle based on this concept model is to begin in 2008

The rear end, especially the trunk lid, ( and minus the big fender skirts ) looks like another one of Honda's pioneer cars....the Insight.
Overall, though, MUCH too low, sleek, and bulletlike for my tastes....I like a more squared-off look front and rear.

Honda already has a fuel-cell car called the FCX.....it has been in limited use and testing, mostly with a few government and municipal organizations. It should be ready for general public use in a couple of years....maybe sooner, if the cost of production can come down.

fuel cell production costs down and a hydrogen infrastructure in place.
(fuel cells were originally developed for NASA, so low costs were not a large factor )
