10 New Porsche Models by ***0, New Porsche 928 in ***1

Not really sure. A flat in the Cayenne might not have been appealing to the masses. A V8 TT definetly blows away a flat-6 TT. And if they wanted to put alot of power into the Cayenne like they did with the S, turbo and turbo S models they'd have to create a new engine anyway. The largest available engine they have besides the V10 is the 3.8 flat6. It may have passed for the base model Cayenne but higher up I don't think it would have sold.

One thing I wonder when the new Carrera GT or wtv they will call it, if they would be dropping the engine in the Cayenne.
Seeing the Cayenne Turbo S is the most powerful production vehicle that Porsche is actually selling now seeing they stopped making the Carrera GT.
One thing I hope the next Carrera GT will have a tip-tronic S gearbox.

Panamera will be a 4 door & based on what has been written about it, it will be a US$100K+ to $150K+ car & will definately be at least above the 911S in price. I think the new 928 will probably be priced above the 911S too.
I think the new 928 may share engine(s) with the Panamera , & like mentioned in the first post , the 928 may be like a 2 door version of the Panamera . . .
