best bets then are SC3 for NA-T, supra MKiv nonturbo for NA-T, GS3 for NA-T, or MKiii and 1\2jz swap or 7M buildup.

Datsun 510 w\F20C or SR20

Hmm, I like that SC3 NA-T, but now that I think of it I see a 2JZ-GTE swap in the GS300 classifieds, and look in my sig. What kind of car do I have?

Anyone think this will be a PITA or a pretty fair job?

a GTE swap shouldnt be too bad at all. will need some custom fab work done if u plan on using the V160 6spd tho.

No offense but the 240 swap thing was trendy 5 years ago....now its a bit overplayed...
I would find a nice 300ZX maybe....Supras, good luck, those prices are like new sometimes!
FD is a bish too, but Lawd it is a gorgous car and can be made to be very quick....
How about an old Nissan SE-R, like a 1992 model? There were Infiniti I30 manuals, that would be a diff project car and prices suck, to your advantage.

Maybe an Integra GS-R?

To be honest, a Ford Mustang kinda gets my vote!

Does it matter that S13/14s w/ SR20DET swaps are so popular? 240SXs are still one of the best handling, easy to drive and very tossable RWD cars available. IMO, fun RWD handling + a stout turbo motor + relatively light weight will always be in style.

As for the I30, SE-R, GS-R etc., he indicated he wanted RWD only.

Whoa, "Maybe an Integra GS-R?" says the person who says: "the 240 swap thing was trendy 5 years ago....now its a bit overplayed..."

The Integra is not played out, not at all... I guess these 2JZ powered S chassis is just another played out swap...

What about a Subaru 2.5 RS Coupe? I know its not RWD but with a turbo it might be some fun.
