Sorry let me reword that, it's got scuffs all over it. Which I guess are really small dents. But honestly if you can scuff up a Nalgene easily don't you think that rocks, etc. getting spit up will screw up these wheels quickly?
Well yeah I would definitely be worried about that. Though with that said, the Nalgenes I have generally scuff by being thrown on the ground and dragged across surfaces... it's because their own weight (plus the weight of the liquid inside) is being used to push their surface against a rough/hard surface.
I'm guessing maybe these wheels are made out of a big tougher quality lexan, and that the occasional airborn pebble that makes contact with the surface of the wheel won't produce too much damage because there will be little to no 'weight' behind it to engrave a scuff mark.
I'm not saying I think they're capable of staying in mint shape (especially with the amount of metallic brake dust they'll probably accumulate on the backside), but I don't think they'll end up like our nalgene bottles, either.
It actually looks really good on the Benz as it shows all of that beautiful Brembo BBK.
It looks like crap on teh 350Z b/c you can see how tiny that brake looks.
So to get these wheels you HAVE to
1. Wash your wheels daily, lol\
2. Have a BBK.
