The GT-R was the first one under the 8 min mark back in the mid 90s....so I am sure NIssan is aware of this.
I just don't see a 7:15. The only way is the electronics are so good you basically can let it guide you in a high speed corner. THis will not be a pure car, it is a highl tech car.
