Man I wonder if next thing will be commenting on people themselves. Like a database where people can ananymously submit comments about they know and have come across all over the world and compile them. Then potential employers might even come look at the site to see what people think of you and then you have to be worried about false defimation but then who said those things about you? You don't know.

It'd be like an ebay feedback system except open to anyone who claims to know you to say whatever they want for any purpose.

Like some ex-gf says "this guy has AIDs don't sleep with him" (even though he doesn't). Ouch!

Slippery slope right here. I will be shocked if I type in my plate or my wifes and see anything yet since the site doesn't seem to have really taken off yet.

Hey I work for one and I know they use all sorts of factors you'd never consider...

edit: there's only like 6 plates listed in my entire state lol... yeah if I was on there that'd be amazingly shocking.

I don't care for that site's format at all. Poorly coded IMO. Though if it gets popular they'll probably revise it and refine it. They should allow a sort by city and a search by plate# but I guess since there's not even enough plates to look at for more than a couple minutes that'd be pointless right now...

Well, I, for one, wouldn't want my plate on it, so I usually drive in a manner that keeps that from happening.

And, besides, I only posted the site. I didn't invent the site...or put it on the Internet.

What's to keep people from being malicous? If it ever becomes popular, someone can post a negative feedback for someone they do not like, even if the info is false.

Anyone see this being a potential saftey issue? I mean I can just imagine someone getting mad over being cut off or something then trying to read their license plate end up causing an accident or something. That would be somewhat funny though...lol
