Ok, here are some updates. I've done a few things already to help me love my new X-type.

here are my current mods:
-H&R Springs (1.5 drop front and 1.4 rear)
-Xenon Conversion kit (factory projectors are Valeo, so they look great)
-18x8 MB Motorsport Rims with 235/40/18s all around
-1 10" Sub and 2 Alpine Amps and replacement Polk Speakers all around

I can't really think of anything next. .. Help!

That was quick getting it lowered! Looks much better! The rims look good.

About the sub, amps, speaker install - how hard was that by the way?

Thanks! It was actually really easy to install. I think the Ford engineering paid off here. It came with the base system in it, so the 4 speakers really weren't doing it for me. I installed a 2 Channel Apline amp that is bridged to a Polk Audio 10" sub that is in a custom box mounted to the back of the back seat and the frame. I also installed a 4 channel Apline amp and 4 Polk Audio 5.5" speakers in the doors. The system sounds really good now. I'll take some picture.. I have to clean up a wire in the back...

I have an amp mounted under the back storage area and the other amp mounted next to the speaker box against the back of the seat.

Entire install took about 4 hours.

Thanks again!

Yeah yeah I know!

I got the Springs from Tirerack for $240 or so. I had Sears put them in for $250.00

The car really feels about the same. The rebound is a bit stiffer, but that's just about it....

The HIDs make me smile though
