I personally would buy one if I were still in the market. I had 4 Honda/Acura's before my current cars, they were very nice driving cars & were perfect in reliability for me. I also think the current civic coupe is the best looking ever

Because of my completely biased opinion.

My family have been involved in four auto accidents total. All were the other drivers' fault. All were caused by Honda Civics. The hatchback type. They've caused whiplash injuries, a broken rib with bruised lung, and hundreds of hours dealing with insurance, repairmen, doctors, and dealerships.

We dread those things out on the road...

Ouch - how much of a hit did you take on that week long ownership!?

Civic's are decent cars if you need to get from point A to point B. My friend has an '05 Civic EX and it's a great commuter car (but he wishes he got a Scion tC).

On another note you guys should go on to YouTube and watch a TopGear video where they try and destroy a Toyota Hilux (Tacoma)--AMAZING

I'd buy the Civic Hybrid. My friend has one and they're nice.

I'm with you on this one, Liz. The Prius, overall, does not impress me, despite the fact that its hybrid powertrain is more sophisticated than the Honda IMA system. Its styling and control layout is just too geeky.

My young cousin in Florida just got a Civic SI Coupe in red for his birthday. He loves it.. I need to test it out my self. Perhaps pouring water in the Engine to see if it will still run
