Default auto trader, shiping $$$$ ??

auto trader seems to make it easy for me to get exactly what i want (as far as paint color, interior, and price) when i buy my sc300 but every car is at least 1000 miles away how much would it be for haveing it trucked to my house? or at least has anyone gone this route, how much have u paid? how long did it take? what if they fancy photo-shoped/angle pictured a huge scratch out of the pictures. (i guess that last one is not relvent)
what do u think?

1000 mi on a transport will be ~ $800-$1600 depending on enclosed or not.

Roughly it would cost $1000 when I was looking to go 1000miles and a few hundred more to go across the country. Be careful who you pick to transport the car I have heard horror stories about damage and even stolen cars. I was looking into taking a train/bus out there if its only 1000 miles. Also look into plane tickets, I mean if the car isn't what its described to be you can always fly back.
