I realize that bikes can break the law as easily as a car.
However, a car can do much more damage than a motorcycle when it comes to harming someone else, whether it's from running a red light or speeding at 100mph. If an accident occurs, a car can do a "hit and run" more easily. If a motorcycle accident occurs, that motorcycle is down, with no easy escape...

Front license plate law doesn't mean much to me. I've been driving w/out a front plate for years now. I've only been cited once and it was a 10$ 'fix-it' ticket, although I've heard that has changed in the past few yrs. Anyhow, last time I got puled over for it was about 3-4yrs ago and I gave the cop an excuse of how I just detailed the car and forgot to put it on.
