You really can't go wrong with either one.

uh, the M3 with quad exhaust isn't eactly "business like"...and I'm sure it'l have 19 or 20 inch wheels as well.

Need side vents on the M3.
I will pick M3 so I can have an M3 and a IS350 in the driveway.

The IS-F is going to get lots of rock chips on that fat hood. Just like our fat bumpers.

I was speaking comparatively.

Compare to the M3, the IS-F will be a lot more isolated. Tire wise, the IS-F have the same sidewall height as the IS350, just 1" bigger in diameter, ok the rear tire is slightly thiner.

Suspension wise, being low doesn't mean it is stiff, there are many OEM lowered sport suspension that have a compliance ride. All BMW sport suspensions are very low, Porsche 911 Turbo, AMG cars.......they all got very smooth ride. I am sure Lexus would not give any of their cars a kidney busting ride

Lexus REALLY emphasise that point in all their press release on the IS-F. The car is sporty yet completely balance and civilize. It will not have a harsh ride or a loud exhaust

Of course if your idea of a smooth ride is a stock IS/GS/LS, then obviously the IS-F will ride a little firmer. Everyone have a different standard of what is smooth, what is harsh.
