Ever noticed how Lexus press releases are very humble, in comparison to others..
Hmm, I think I am going to have to post more like them (or maybe not ). I went back and looked at Lexus press releases and the competition is rarely mentioned. If they are, it is one of respect. Never a snide or crude remarks.
Seems Lexus makes the numbers and rewards do the talking
We have all read just recently, swipe after swipe at Lexus. Clearly, the brand is still a huge worry for many, to mention it in such a manner.
I think it goes to their incredible management team, who has their clear vision for the brand and it has worked for 17 incredible years.

I have always noticed that.. even when you go to their web page to look at the car. When I was researching the IS I looked for things that pretty much called out the competition but they didn't. I saw the rewards, researched the brand, and found that.. despite the little *edge* some of the competition had that Lexus was the competent and responsible buy.

The humbleness is rooted in the Oriental culture.
I am not an Oriental, however I practice an Oriental Martial art and this is a very important part of our training - to be humble, respectful and courteous.
It is the culture - plain and simple.

So at the next meet, don't say "Hey I brought 4 girls with me" but instead just stand and look pretty with them?
