C6Z hands down if youre looking at performance.
C5Z wins in my book if youre talking about looks. The FRC design is very unusual and seperates the Z from the regular coupe. I think GM dropped the ball on the C6Z by not extinguishing it enough from the regular coupe. When I see one going down the street I have to do a double and triple take to make sure what it really is.

No pics of a Z-06 but two weeks ago I went to the factory and museum in Bowling Green with some friend's to pickup 2 new C6's. They also have a twin turbo C5 FRC they drag race (9.89@152mph)@ 5000' da. They own Texas speed and Performance. All you need to see to tell the diff between theC6's is see those big ***, gorgeous, red 6/4 piston calipers. They're going to leave one TOTALLY stock and do twin turbos on the other. If any of you have a chance to do the tour it's pretty rightous. Although you have to pay like $400 dollars for the pick up and they still charge you the delivery!

I appreciate the looks of the C5Z w/o a doubt. But, for me the C6Z wins outright with the right combination of aggressive looks and the targa top. That targa is the kicker for me...even though it's had it's FRC (flyin' roof coupe) issues.
The custom targa jobs on the C5Z are nice as well but look a little awkward compared to the natural coupe look.

I'm in Gainesvillie today on a business trip. On the way, at a rest stop, a Z06 pulled in for gas. You could hear the roar. Being a nosy car enthusiast, I asked what was under the hood. The owner said the engine had been massaged and now produces 615 hp. It sounded monstrous. Since I was bold enough to walk over and gawk, the other men at the pumps came over too. Here we were, all strangers brought together by the seductive power of the dark side...a fast car.
