So...

LS : S : 7 = 3 : 2 : 1

or

LS = S + 7

Actually, if you look at the letters "LS" upside-down, it is an S and a 7!!

Thanks dude!

We should trend the trend chart. Seems I see carmakers selling more cars as a percentage compared to SUVs. I could be wrong

I was just reading that Lexus changed focus to SUVs with the RX, during the SUV boom, and also as a way of avoiding threatened luxury import car tariffs during the 90's. With their new lineup, that reliance on SUVs is still there, but now cars have taken the lead...

Well you wouldn't expect Lexus vehicles to be on that list, I mean those are the mass movers. They sell more Camrys in a year than the entire Lexus lineup. Each month there are huge numbers there for those cars, compared to the luxury makes.

Where you do see Lexus cars is on the fastest selling, fewest days on the lot (LS, ES, IS have been).

For the record BMW car and truck sales were up. Mini sales were down.

The 2007 is a pretty nice machine. Brakes have been fixed and reliability is on its way up.

Wow, Acura sales are really close to Cadillac. Cadillac could be pushed down to a #5 sales position in the luxury segment.
