some of the older Lexus models, such as the 2nd-gen GS?

Ignore the controls, I'm just talking about the display.

Shift the fan setting readout one slot to the left and it's be 99% spot on, IMO.

What do you expect from Huindyi? They are nothing but copy cats, I have no respect for them whatsoever.

Is it possible that they're both Denso HVAC units?

They have come the long way. I think they deserve some respect. Who really cares about HVAC controls? I don't.

What about the rest of their shapes? Did you see the new Elantra? You can barely tell it apart from Corolla.

I do have a lot of respect for them. They did what GM and Ford need to do: make vehicles that the public desires. I don't personally respect the fact that they design all their vehicles after other vehicles are out, in some cases previous generation vehicles. I could sit here and make a whole list on what one of Hyundai's vehicles look exactly like, but I'm sure we all know.

Why's it so hard to design your own vehicle? When your current "flagship" looks like Mazda Millenia in the front and a pre-buttlift Honda Accord in the back, you definitely lack originality.

I strongly believe that Honda buttlifted the current Accord to make it look different from copy cat Sonata.
