Well Porsche certainly liked it when the Luxury Institute rated them #1 in prestige last year, they put a press release out on their website. Lexus came in #3 IIRC on the prestige list behind Benz and Porsche.
Last year Lexus was #1 in Customer Experience, #2 this year.

If someone is able to get a 40K car for 31K-33K they maybe so happy that they got it at that price that they may not be all that dissapointed with a few problems as long as they are taken care of as opposed to someone who had to pay MSRP or near it for a luxury brand because the dealers would not budge on the pricing and when something even minor goes wrong with the car it is an extra smack in the face.

Caddy Road Side Assistance is 2nd to none...someone from a Caddy dealer comes out...they replaced my wife's Escallade battery on site. Im sure our Lexus or BMW would have required a tow truck to tow the car to the dealer. Very convenient.
