Um, some of you have pricing way too conservative. For reference, the last year the E46 M3 was sold (with the introduced competition package) stickered for 67,000. You could not haggle on price (I was able to haggle less than 1k). Everyone with loose change (and I mean change) thinks they can afford this thing but in reality, a base M3 with very little options does not exist in the US unless you were able to special order one. So everyone hoping this car is in the low 60s to mid 60s can seriously keep on dreaming.

Ok. This is my take;
1- Bangle's flame edge styling looks a lot better with fender flares. Vey agressive, still not pretty. E46 is still 10x better looking.
2-Its exterior is better put together than the IS-F, in terms of integration of the kit and new parts etc.
3-Check the hood bulge. All Lexus critics can take their foot out of their mouth now. Its just as ugly on the BMW... seems as if its a necessary evil. If you are thinking that the bimmer only has a bulge, compare closely...that hood IS raised, though the lines of the 3 series hide it better (good job on that BTW BMW)

Over all......I will still try and find an E46 M3 CSL in a few years time. Forget this, nothing will make me like the styling of this model 3. Cant understand how I like the 5 and 6 but not this

Muscle? More like a herpes bump! Seriously, with exception to the rear bumper- The comparions between the IS-F and this will sell some magazines.

I really hope that steering wheel won't be on final production m3's...that thing is nasty/sad.

I like everything else though (excl. hood)

European Delivery - it's a program BMW runs where you get to order your car in North America then pick it up in Munich. They have ED pricing, which is less than MSRP, to promote tourism to Germany. They also provide two weeks insurance free, and Lufthansa has deals on ED tickets.

For example, ED in the U.S on a 335i would probably save you ~5k if you did a short European trip. I'd be a wash if you did a long trip, but of course you get a trip to Europe and get to enjoy your car there.

I've done it twice now, it's fun. We didn't save any money the last time (in Canada you have to pay to ship the car, so it comes out to be a wash), but the experience alone is more than worth it.

That is true. I thought I was king of the house.. until my wife proved me wrong.

-I don't like the rear bumper..
-Not a fan of the quad exhaust placing in the middle. Looks better than the E46 M3 exhaust though.
-love the side profile. hate the hood but it does look some what better than the IS-F hood.
-don't like the vents next to the hood.

Over all, I give it a but the competition is really tough now a day.

there's one problem - they need to bring the interior into the 21st century already.
