A week and some odd back, my bumper was damaged. The responsible party contacted his insurance co and they are supposed to follow up so I can get the car fixed. He's got a case # and they have my contact info...it's been 5 days already. Farmers and AAA (which I've had to file claims in the past are quick.) I dunno what to make of this...

Is it normal for the insurance to drag like this?
What would you suggest?

Funny you mention this, Im going through the same thing right now. Mine, however, is with Farmers and USAA. I did receive a letter though, but it made no sense at all.
