I stand corrected. Cool, thanks for the info. Yes, they have improved their cars quite alot in a relative short time in this highly competitive market. They deserve the credit.

 

Actually, the 07 Santa Fe Limited we just bought new had a couple issues: a) the heated seat button on ours does not actuate smoothly, yet it did on other SF's on the lot, and b) about half of the SF's on the lot have a rear wiper arm that won't open up all the way (IIRC, you mentioned this in your review), while others open up as they should. Neither of these 'fit and finish' issues were enough to dissuade us from going forward with the purchase, mainly due to the outstanding warranty. They agreed to replace the wiper arm on ours when we take it in for the free maintenance at 3k mi.

 

I find this really offensive.

Perhaps you should learn to hold what you're going to say before you go and offend people on this board. You can make an educated and respectable comment on the carmaker without having to mock them and the country's people in that manner.
