1 is too similar to stock.

2 is not bling, but it is rather "thin" and lacks the prominence.

3 is the "current" style, as that style can be found on many stock cars such as the 2IS and XK...

I like #3 the most. The #1 wheel is just all right, but
I am kind of ambivalent about those dish style wheels.

The 2 looks kind of cheap to me. I think there are quite a few better
looking wheels in that style.

I think #1 and #2 are very NON-flattering on the CLK to put it nicely.

The Brabus S-Monoblock knock-offs are a great choice... go for it!

#3 is pretty cool, and was not available OE on the W208 chassis CLK.

The CLKs look great lowered with a nice lip on the wheels.

I'm a sucker for a three-piece wheel with a lip...

IF the choice is still b/t the 3, then #1.

Me personally, I would go for this, Lowenhart LD5 :

I voted for #2

You mentioned in this thread you considered some Wald wheels at some point. Anyhow, If you are still looking at Wald...I'd say these would look awesome on your car

Wald Streifen (multi-piece)

Only thing is, they don't come in 18"s. I assume that's the size you're going with, since all the links you have provided have been of 18" wheels.

If you do decide to go 19"s, the Wald Streifen (multi) IMO, is the perfect wheel for your car

I voted for three, but the ones with the profile you don't like are hot too!

Hey OLT,

Have you seen ebay rims in person before? They look like crap. I wouldn't get any of those.

In fact, I have seen very few aftermarket rims that look good on W208 CLK's. Your stockers and the AMG 55 dish wheels are among the best looking rims for the CLK. They're simple, classy, and match perfectly with a silver exterior.

Personally, I'd only replace them with real Brabus, Wald, or Lorinser rims...

edit: As far as lowering the car, I'd look for a used suspension off a CLK55 on the forums. It's pretty well sorted, and the shocks are heavy duty Bilsteins.

I voted for #3 and one of my neighbours bought wheels from getyourwheels.com so I can vouch for the quality and service he is selling. I just think #3 suits your Benz the best in this budget range. Just my 2 cents.
