This was from the IS launch earlier last year, and was mentioned on CL before. It's a very innovative ad, I read that Lexus marketing used this video as an example in one of their strategy presentations.
The current, NEW Lexus 'street marketing' effort is tied to the RX Actively Safe campaign. It's not as large-scale as the IS debut (this is after all the '08 RX late model cycle), but it's cool nonetheless:
