Man the G35 sedan is absolutely on fire.
The M35/M45 seems to have also have found some momentum.
I keep thinking about the add where Infiniti basically says the M
"ran circles" around BMW, Mercedes and Lexus and that they won
the November 2006 comparo in Car and Driver.
They are on a roll and they know it. I gotta give them credit the
M45 is a car I can definitely respect.

but you have to admit they're doing pretty well. if you look at the sporting 30k segment.. the G35 Sedan + Coupe outsell everyone except the 3 series... including the new IS- by a wide margine (what 30%+?). So, it seems they're doing that well.
look at how many g35 coupes theyre still shifting. when the new one comes out you can add at least another thousand. i think people are responding pretty well to nissan's cars. theyve gotten the g to outsell the 3, coupe for coupe, in the last gen. thats pretty impressive. and it could well continue. next they will get the gt-r to outsell the m3.
obviously this doesnt determine profitability, nor does it determine that one car is 'better' than another. but it does say they're doing something right, and after seeing the news out of that camp lately, this is definitely a good thing for them.
