Lexus is not playing....New Hybrid LS ad!!
Just caught an add on ESPN. I just saw the new LS hybrid ad. Didn't see or hear any mention of 600 but it obviously was. I just kept hearing fast and images of speedometer and a LS screaming across the screen. Wow, Lexus is really serous. They emphasized 438 ponies coming Summer of '07. Nice ad, be on the lookout guys.

Thanx for the article Enigma. While I realize Lexus has been slowly prepping us with their emphasis on speed in their recent ads with the IS and GS to an extent, its still cool to see a 400 hp LS. Or 400 hp anything. They got the mighty Germans on Luxury, Comfort, Hybrids and obviously Value. Now with their "F" lines they are going after the speed/power element. I don't need speed demons from them but 400 hp is more than welcome.

Seriously though I don't see why they wouldn't to go head to head with the finest German mid-size offerings or even Infiniti's M45 (don't sleep). But now with their new F line its getting a bit cloudy. Do you guys think they would offer a GS460, GS600h and a GS460 F???
Whatever the case, I'm excited. They can no longer say boring old Lexus anymore.

Saw the ad during the NCAA championship game. Very slick looking ad, conveys a lot of emotion and passion, and it builds anticipation, because it shows very little of the LS hybrid, and doesn't explicitly discuss it.
