I'm with you on that. Even traditional soft-riding cars like the ES350, DeVille, and big Buicks are becoming more and more "sport" oriented all the time, with lower-profile tires, stiffer suspensions, and elimination of traditional luxury-style trim. There are almost no true soft-riding cars left.

But back to the new Riviera concept. The people most likely to be looking at a Riviera are probably not the same people who are buying the LaCrosse, Lucerne, and Enclave.............they WILL probably be looking for a little more "sport" as you put it. So I would expect the Riviera chassis to be a little stiffer than other Buicks....just as past Rivieras were.

With Cadillac (CTS, SRX etc.), GM now has a good plan/track record on how to update their line and appeal to a wider audience. If they do the same thing with Buick they should be in good shape. It takes a few years though.
