Many props... not too many customers have the stones to put staggered wheels on a FWD car; I like the look. If you didn't know the TL was FWD it wouldn't seem odd at all- the car has great proportions.
Also, without the stagger, the rear wheels always look sunken. At the very minimum, these cars should have spacers on the rear to make a same-all-around wheel package look right.
Didn't know you could put 10s on the rear of this car. Sweet!

What's wrong with staggered on a FWD? Why hate? If it is the look people are after why hate? Looks alot better than the sunken in rear.

Let me explain a couple things.
1. The car looks good.
2. Its not "hate". Its the wrong thing to do on a fwd car.
3. There is a REASON we put a staggered setup on a RWD car. It is to let the power going to the rear wheels have more TRACTION. There is a REASON for it. For example when I had stock 245s on my rear, I could spin the wheels with no issue. Now that I have 275s, the car is more planted.
4. Did you know the Pontiac Grand Prix GTP had a staggered FWD set up! The Front wheels were wider than the rears.
5. Do you watch FWD cars drag race? They put wide wheels up front, not the back. It is b/c the car moves with the FRONT WHEELS, not the REAR ones.

I would never put a staggered fit on my ES and would hope if I ever got drunk enough to do it, someone will do me a favor and ban me.

Looks great, even with the staggered set up but gotta agree, its pointless other than looks.
Still like this gen a lot though. Seeing my friends TL with full Aspec package last week reminded me of why I love it so much.
