Well, her license has been suspensed. That, of course, is one of the reasons she is off to prison next month.....driving with a suspended license (and, of course, alcohol). That will preclude her from driving ANY vehicle on a public road requiring a license. If she gets busted AGAIN before June, she'll probably be off to prison immediately.....and for a lot more than 45 days. The judge on this case obvi0usly doesn't play games.

Hopefully the heads up that I am giving the SQ and Montreal Police will do something, because they will get an earful from the media if they let her drive on a road here in Quebec. I just want her to stay in a prison cell for 24 hours and have the Spyker impounded for a month. I hate hollywood. As much as I like wealthy people, I just hate them in the news.

Paris to Still Run with the Bulls ?
Posted May 12th 2007 3:02AM by TMZ Staff
Paris Hilton was supposed to kickoff a cross-country road race today, but sources tell TMZ she'll likely be a no-show.
Ms. Hilton is scheduled to participate in BullRun 2007, a race from Montreal to Key West, but a rep for the race now confirms to TMZ that jail-bound blonde will be chauffeured to and from destinations on the route, with the convicted socialite hosting a party at the Versace mansion in Miami.
Elliot Mintz cryptically tells TMZ that Paris "will be in L.A. this weekend," not Canada, so unless Hilton possesses the powers of Hiro Nakamura, it's safe to say the heiress won't be at the starting line.

True, she has a rich family and powerful lawyers, but if she loses the appeal, she is GOING to prison, even if only for a few weeks. You can bank on that one....this judge means buisness. She may be 40 years old when her appeals finally run out, but when they DO, it's off to making license plates.
Money or not, you can only fight a conviction so much. Even Martha Stewart's billions didn't keep her out of a Federal penitentiary....she served 5 months.

Oh yah, she did not leave from Montreal. One of the runners was like more than likely Canada would not let her in. He was like she might start doing the race in 1-2 stops. First stop was New York if I remember correctly.

Given her legal troubles, I'm sure she can't leave the country.
