i doubt there are drivers any worse then in so cal. I've seen everything in so cal.

An AOL poll yesterday rated California drivers, overall, the worst. I'm not sure if I agree....although I have not been there in recent years to see for myself.

Miami's and Los Angeles has got nothing compared to Manila, PI, it is 10x worse here trust me, getting cut off by drivers here is part of life.
