Default Is Toyota this clever? Or am I completely overlooking this?

One day while sitting around bored, i stared at the toyota symbol and kept trying various ways to spell out their name and what do you know! Am I the only person whose realized this or are there others like me who were bored and decided to do something pointless? Anyway

Yeah I know the T's and the Y's are the same characters, but cmon look at that! Those toyota people have quite compelling logic, no?

Put the emblem down and step away from the computer. Pretty soon you'll be hiding from the sun and calling it "my Precious."

I heard that the Toyota emblem is supposed to be three circles put together in a way that they will spell the Toyota name. Also the three circles are supposed to each mean something, but I forget exactly what now.

The three circles encompass engineering, people, and environment.

hahahaha

i figured this out when i was in 5th grade i think (I'm only 20 right now) in australia. my family's first car overseas was a 1995 Camry Csi (Australian-market base model, comparable to a CE here)

and one day as i studied the logo while playing in the yard...the realization came to me. i thought i was weird but thankfully i'm not the only one!

Many (not all) Toyota dealers are not known for making particularly good deals. When it's time to bargain, that's what happens.......you end up going around in circles.
