Toyota Motor Corp. is worried about where two metro Detroiters are choosing to park its luxury Lexus name.
The Japan-based automaker filed a federal suit Thursday in Detroit, alleging Mario Mendoza, 26, and Katie Lynn Krzywdzinski, 24, both of Dearborn, broke trademark laws by using "Lexus" as the name of a pornographic Web site and of a site star.
The suit alleges the site "uses the mark 'Lexus' in an unwholesome and unsavory context" and "is likely to tarnish and blur the distinctive qualities" of the car model.
The site operators didn't return calls or e-mails seeking comment. Toyota declined to comment.
The site offers pictures and videos for $5 for a three-day trial to $40 for three months.
On the site, the star, Lexus Cash claims to be an amateur who "started making home videos of my girlfriends fooling around."
It was not clear whether the automaker has acted against a more famous **** star known simply as Lexus.
