Entry Level

BMW 335i Coupe (sedan looks nasty)

Executive V6

Lexus GS350 (E class is probably best, but too boring)

Executive V8

CLS (As Top Gear said, "what an E class looks like if you're not
a boring bastard")

Flagship

Entry Level
BMW 335i
Lexus IS350
Infiniti G37
Audi A4 (needs more power!)

Executive 6
BMW 535i
Audi A6
Lexus GS350

Executive V8

BMW 550i
Audi A6 4.2L
Mercedes E550
Lexus GS430
Audi A6 4.2L

Flagship
Audi S8
BMW 750 Li
Lexus LS460L
BMW 750Li Series
Mercedes S550

SUV
BMW X5
Audi Q7
Acura MDX

I must add, I don't like the layout of the class specifications. I'd rather go on price, since I could easily throw the Audi S6 or M5 in there if they weren't V-10s. My choice is based on if I only could have 1, I would choose more of a driver car. If I had more than 1 car, the LS460L for example might move up the list.

Not sure if this makes any diff, but the 535i isn't a V6. My picks:

Entry Level
BMW 335i

Executive V6
Acura RL

Executive V8
BMW 550i

Flagship
Lexus LS460L

Otherwise, among the same model lines but diff. engines:

From the list(ES350/ GS excepted)
Entry Level

Lexus IS350
or '08 ES350 when the flare is(most likely**) 100% fixed

Executive V6

Lexus GS350
or
not on the list GS450H

Executive V8

Infiniti M45
not on the list but I would take the upcoming GS460 over the M45

Flagship

Lexus LS460L
