Default Hey guys, I'm new! :)

Hello fellow Club Lexus Forums members

Just joined today, as I'm trying to decide what car to buy... an Audi A4 or a Lexus of some sort. Doing some research, and this looks like a great place to start!

Anyone have any recommendations for around the $25K mark? Anything to look out for?

I was thinking maybe a GS300 or 400.

Thanks in advance!

01 gs300 w/ mods (including FI) should be nice for your $25k mark

welcome to the club.

Welcome to Clublexus. Well do you mod or not really?
25k can get you quite a few good Lexus, an IS 300, GS300/400/430.....SC 300....
A4's are great cars as well...FWD but I would get the AWD model...

Welcome to the Club!

$25k? I would probably go for a used 2nd gen GS300. Plenty of room, plenty of pep, plenty of mod potential. A nice '03-04 with about 50k miles is about that price...

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!

The GS300 has the same motor as a N/A supra, right?

Welcome to the club, bullydog.

It looks like you've already got some pretty quick toys in your hands. If you're looking to mod your vehicle a bit, I'd definitely look into getting a GS300. If you're looking for a nice cruiser, I'd say GS430 or LS430.
