I didn't know where else to put this:

I went in to the Toyota dealership here in SB b/c i've been considering picking up an 07 Camry V6 LE. MSRP is about 24k. I haggled with the guy for a little bit but had almost no intent on buying unless it was a smoking deal, so it was fun.

I told him that i want to pay 20k for a used one. He said it's not possible, wholesale is more than that. But he could sell me a new one for 22.5k.

I walked. This was 2 days ago. I just got a call from the sales manager with an offer for 21k. Thats damn cheap, especially for a car with a pretty large demand.


So... if anyone in Cali is looking to buy one cheap, nows your chance. You can step in on my offer.

I would've bought it for 20k. I even told him i was bringing my own financing when he offered 21k too!
