I haven't pushed the Goodyears too much since they are pretty new but the ride is definitely better than my runflats. People consider the F1s a cheaper, slightly lower quality of a Michelin PS2 (which I love) but for a much more affordable price. I did much research when I was considering tires, at $100/less per tire, I couldn't pass these up (I got a deal). The grip and wear are rated pretty highly as well.

Car and Driver had great write-up in December 2005, the article is worth reading:

Yeah, Mtech kit, currently only available through Europe, it costs big bucks to get the full kit here.

You guys don't know how close I was to buying one of these. I sat in one for a long time debating. If the sales staff had been on their toes, I'd probably be in one but they all went home early. It was a long Saturday and I didn't get there until an hour before closing but most places a sales guy or two would have been there hoping to catch stragglers.

As most of you, I love this car. Doesn't need much modding, just wheels and a couple little tidbits and you're there.

The gunmetal type color is my favorite. The car is put together perfectly. Very good effort there.

I painted mine Porsche Seal Grey, but it was pretty close
