Girly Cars That Some Men Love To Drive

My mom has an SLK350 but I enjoy sneaking it out every now and then.
The way that thing goes, stops, rides and handles... there is nothing "girly" about that car. And even more so with the beastly SLK55.

The PRHT is nice, but I didn't want to add the cost or weight, particularly since the cloth top must be the simplest one ever made which one can open/close with one hand in a few seconds.
Anyway, this 3rd gen Miata seems to have FAR more male owners than female from what I've observed online and on the road and at the dealer. Not that I care.

It's never really my own definition of a girly car, & as the article point out, men likes them too. To me, the VW bug & rabbit are the real girly cars.
The hardtop convertible version is only about 80 lbs. heavier, so that's not bad at all. We have a 5-6 month waiting list for that version here.
The one I test drove is a ragtop, so I know the cloth top is easy to use, but we don't have florida weather here, plus I never like the looks of any ragtops with the top up.

Thanks.
You can thank cpone for most of that...it was his suggestion. You can see that his art work is as good as his debate posts.
My computer graphic skills are actually very poor, unlike a lot of you younger guys who grew up with computers.

I always think the previous generation CLK looks more manly & muscular than the current, although it's not uncommon to see women driving it too. I've seen a lot of women driving the current CLK as well.

Much of what attracts non-AMG Mercedes-Benz products to women is not either a "girlie" or "masculine" issue but simply the safety issue.....the same thing that attracts a lot of women to Volvos. Women, in general, more so than men, are more safety-conscious, especially mothers with small children, and it is no secret that despite quality and reliability problems, in general Mercedes and Volvo still lead the auto industry in the crashworthiness of their vehicles.
