Default Lease Trader - Porsche Boxster

Well my wife is pregnant and the little brother of the LS (porsche boxster) needs to go to make room for an SUV. I thought about using the LS as the baby's car but decided against it because I don't want tarnish its perfect interior.

Can anyone give me some insight into Lease Trader? Is this a bad idea?

The Porsche has 1.5 years left at $735.24 / month for 15,000 miles per year.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Don't you mean 15,000 miles per year?

I had looked into Lease Trader when I wanted to dump my Mercedes. Everything looked great until I called Mercedes to see if I could assign the lease.

Mercedes said I could, BUT I would be ulitmately responsible for the car.

I would therefore check with your leasing bank to see if they have any limitations. I ended up giving the car to my son for the remainder of the lease.

One last thing, look at the incentive feature.

Good Luck

LexusFinancial is very flexible with tranfer of lease. They just charge $45 for the transfer and the full responsibility goes to the new driver also, so you are completely off the hook.
The GX I'm driving right now is a lease transfer from someone in California. Smooth transaction through SwapALease.com.
Try with both if necessary (SwapALease.com and LeaseTrader.com)
