Default Advice on Lexus dealerships

Hey guys, I'm in the US (Tustin, California) this summer and OFCOURSE I'm planing on visiting Lexus dealerships.
Reasons:
A- I want to try the LS460's auto parking feature (myself if possible ).
B- Ride in an LS460 with the air suspension option (we don't get that)
C- Try the laser guided cruise control. (we don't get that either)
D- Test drive the IS350 to see what a 5 second lexus feels like. (Lexus only offers the IS300 in our market )
E- Compare our Mark Levinson sound system to yours.
F- And finally I want to see what a Lexus dealership looks like here (tour).
If you could tell me which one is the most impressive please!

Can I do all those things, even though I'm not buying anyhting? Or is it asking for too much. The MOST important things for me are A, D and F... and B, C, E.

Thanks

hey, are you staying in tustin, that's pretty close by to where i work

let me try to answer
a) that shouldn't be a problem at all
b) easy, any of the lwb will have that
c) make sure you do the test drive at the right time when there is not much traffic
d) depending on the sales of course, i say try to see how fast but don't do anything stupid (ie hard accel but not burning rubber)
e) testing music is no problem
f) go to newport lexus, it's a super nice dealership, 80mil to build, go imagine. close 2nd is glendale imho, but that's quite far from tustin (newport is very close)

of course if you go in and say you are not buying a car, you are asking to be ignored. go in, be polite, show your interest in the car. go during a week day when they are not as busy.

and one thing, people interested in the LS probably won't be interested in the IS, you might wanna try the IS in another dealership if you wish

Rominl thanks for the reply . Yes I'm staying in Rancho Santa Fe compound near The Market Place which is a 4 min drive from the Tustin Auto Center (it has a Lexus dealership). I also drove past the Newport Lexus and it looked reeeally impressive and huge from the outside, $80 million??? woah. About Lexus Glendale, I don't mind the drive if it's something worth seeing.

Do I need to set an appointment to drive the LS460?

GSSnarl, you can try registering but it will put you on a waiting list. I would register and then you can see where it is located and what time it is. Last year, they didn't turn away people. This year they might, I'll post results on Saturday or Sunday, but your best bet is to just try, since you're in Tustin, it'll take you 10 minutes to get there MAX.

if you go during week day and "odd" hours like 2pm, i don't think you need appointment. they are probably all baking outside
