Any thoughts or recomendations? I would love to find a stroller system that would fit my Porsche Trunk ( if there is such a thing )
Cheers,
AL

I keep wondering if this thread is a joke, and then I realize it's not...
$85,000 for a new lexus...yes
$10,000 for a new watch...possibly
$2,000 for a STROLLER you'll use for less than one year!...
Now...onto the topic at hand. No, it's not too feminine for a boy.

" Bugaboo By is a striking new Bugaboo stroller where Dutch design meets Dutch fashion."
There are two words you don't see used together in a sentence too often . . . "Dutch" and "fashion".

I wouldn't put a son OR daughter in that thing. Just because it costs more than it should doesn't mean it's worth it. If you have the means, and you don't mind throwing away (because that is what you are doing, essentially) $2k... then by all means... but just know that no one is going to care how much you spent on a baby stroller. And if they do happen to find out... a little part of them is going to laugh because you probably spent $1500 more than you should have.
But... that's just me talking...
As for a stroller to fit in the trunk of a Porsche... there is ONE Porsche where one might fight... The Cayenne. Everything else... no dice.

My (1-month old) son would take a giant dump on that thing, and I'd be proud of him for doing so. Sorry, just think it's hideous when new, and will look incredibly ghetto after you use it the first time. Ever seen how awful the white tires on a (girl's) bike look when they get dirty?
As for a travel system, we settled on the Peg Perego Aria OH, partially because it matches up with the Primo Viaggo SIP which seemed to be the safest carseat we could find, and also because it only weighs 9 lbs and can be set up and torn down with one hand. At 36" collapsed, however, I don't know if it'll fit in the trunk of a Porsche, but I actually don't see why that matters. If your child is under 25lbs, there's no safe way to transport him in a Porsche (except the above mentioned Cayenne), and if he's much over 25lbs, you probably don't need a stroller anymore (or won't for long).

our friend just bought a bugaboo from baby style i saw them put it together last night.. they got a yellow one its good stuff and its very light..
if you have a 911 I dont' think it would fit in the trunk... not to mention regular baby seat won't fit in the back of 911. I have to use infant seat for my 1 year old when i take her out in either c2 or the tt and she hate both cars..

No offense toppower, but WTH are those things?
They're kind of creepy looking?
Personally, bugaboo makes the ugliest overpriced strollers out there. Yes, they are different, but everytime I those strollers, I think of the golf bag carriers.
What about the front passenger airbag? IS it deactivated b/c it's a big to have a baby seat there???
