i guess overall i see 2 interesting issues here. first, what exactly is their process and how do they determine it? granted we see racing celebrity like zach getting rejected for a car. second, in some way it shows how the selection process can't really protect or help lexus much.

I didn't even know who he was until today and totally forgot about Miss Paris. However this "gift" brings up a good question on how Lexus feels about this or if they asked "will the LFA be a gift"?

I have no idea and Paris hasn't exactly been a model citizen so even though she is famous and it gives the LFA exposure it might not be the exact exposure Lexus is seeking.

No idea, that is up to their marketing to decide. I also found it slightly odd the LFA was used in the SI swimsuit issue.

That's what concerns me. She comes, in some ways, from more or less the same mold as Lindsay Lohan.........and Lohan, of course, has wrecked two Mercedes SL AMGs with her DWIs. According to the Lexus reps at the D.C. Auto Show, only 173 LFAs have come into the U.S. so far (out of 500 built)....they are too valuable to have someone like Hilton crusing while boozing.

I'm not saying that a car is worth more than a human life (including hers), but a rare, valuable LFA is not something to be messing around in after a round of partying.

yup, right on. there hasn't been a lot of updates lately, i wonder if lexus still has the rule of 2 yrs of no ownership change, or that's been off the table completely already. but yeah, in this scenario of gift, what's going to happen...?

So she does nude shots. So what else is new? I'm not condoning it (IMO, it's morally wrong,) but it's no secret that she has a reputation for sleaziness.
