Mel is not using the gas cap holder on the gas door.

Just curious, who uses the gas cap holder when they fill up? For those who don't, was it because you had no idea that the gas door has a holder? (atleast in the LS430 and 2GS that I know of)

 

I use the gas cap holder all the time. There is no reason for me not to.

i use the holder sometimes, sometimes not. i dont see the purpose. i just gently let it fall on the side.

its not like the cap is made of sharp jagged razors. its a plastic cap. i doubt it will even make a scratch even if you purposely rub it against the car with moderate strength.
