The guy who posted it is proceded only, I think he said his 1/4 was 13.1 @ 109mph or something, don't quote me, I can't find the thread. With downpipes and some more tuning the 335i might hang front a dig; from a roll I think it'd still lose slowly, especially in the high end. I drove around in a proceded 335i all weekend, it's quick but it still loses a lot of steam over 5500rpm.

 

My friend says he races his friend's new M5 0-100 he hangs, after 100 it's game over. He has a Procede E90 335i.

 

There is a certain amount that qualifies as "enough" and either of these get it done. I don't care which is faster I'll rock either.

Both are really nice cars. I don't want to see the new M3 vs. the M5 if the 335 gets this close.
