Default Think this is clean enough for 200k miles?

I bought this one back in 2002 and haven't done much aside of drive it while modding my other Bimmer. Today I gathered the last little pieces (trunk emblem that was cracking and the shifter button that goes in the middle to show the gears) to get the car to pretty much perfect condition. All good considering it has 200k on it!

I've had to work at it. It took me a few months to get it clean when I first got it. I've been keeping it up since.

I've never had any brake rust on this car either. It's odd....

LEATHERETTE never ages, never needs maintenance, and is softer than real leather. IMO it's the perfect material. My other E36 had real leather seats and looked horrible with any age on them.
