Talk about Lexus dealers...
try to go to the only BMW Dealer in Vegas, AKA Desert BMW.
I was there 2 times last week, and I don't even want to go in to the details...
When I left there, I told the mgr: :"you will not see me here or expect my clients and myself to buy any cars from you."

the good news is...
I made some hookups at Lexus of Queens since I was getting all these repairs done...
Even though they are HORRIBLE but at least they aren't to me anymore :-)
