I have several honest used car sales men (and woman) that work for me. As a hole most Used car dealers will have "good and cheap" cars to get the customer there and then try to flip them to another unit.

I understand fully what you guys are saying, but I simply don't agree with dealerships having bait cars. The dealership I called straight lied to me. 100k difference and it looked horrible. God only knows how bad it actually drove.
They are LIARS. The fact that they probably didn't know much about the car is NOT an excuse. Do a quick inspection on the car for God's sake. Take 15 minutes out of your day to know something about what your selling. If I ask you a direct question about the car and you don't know the answer then don't make up an answer!
I know for a fact that I have checked out atleast a total over 10 cars from used car dealers and they have ALL lied. Not a single one told the truth and I always left the dealership unsatisfied.
In conclusion....BE HONEST.
