thanks for the imput guys!

Im deff not an expert on jdm cars. want i really meant to say was not american or european.

looks like the only ones i would include/forgot would be the R32 and LS460

NSX Type R still gets the top spot though IMO. I think they're more rare than R34's here in the states.

I would think so. To date, I don't know of a single NSX-R imported to the USA. Possible there are some illegal ones in people's collection, but none have been registered in the USA.

Another top JDM list hehe.

No.1 Toyota 2000GT
No.2 Nismo 400

Thats about it... everything else can be bought with enough money, while my 2 choices... you need to kill someone to obtain.

Well, the Dodge Stealth is the same car, mechanically, as the Mitsubishi 3000, but, IMO, better-looking. Same with the Eagle Talon and Plymouth Laser.....again, they were the same car mechanically as the first-generation Mitsubishi Eclipse, but again with different trim (and I don't think there was an AWD Laser version). These cars are technically imports even though they have American nameplates.

And the Honda CRX Si has to be high on anyone's all-time import-tuner list. While it was in production, it was in enormous demand.....and has been so much of the time since then. Its light weight, manuverability, and relatively good power-to-weight ratio (for those days) made it an instant hit with young people, although the non-power steering gear on it had a somewhat slower ratio and response than competing power-steering units on some other small coupes.

And, I don't know what your price range is, but the Turbo Mazdaspeed3 and Miata would both have to be high on the list as well.

You seem to have a pretty narrow range of interest, though......small, sport-oriented, two or four-door coupes and sedans of Japanese-origin, and that obviously limits your field of available vehicles.

Last, you had the Prelude on the list. It depends which model Prelude you are referring to. I don't think you would like the ones built from 1992-96......they looked OK on the outside but had odd, horizontal, digital dashboards that looked like something out of a Buick or an Oldsmobile of the time. Honda never really explained that, and it cost them some sales during that period.
