Remember the Nissan 240 SX? So does Nissan, which is why a replacement for the fun, rear-drive 240SX/Silvia is still being mulled over, in the same way that Nissan is still “thinking” about building a production version of the LA-designed, stripped down, Urge road racer, seen at Detroit 2006.
Or should Nissan go mid-engined and build a rival of sorts for the Lotus Elise? At one point, the Foria, the shapely, Italianate 2+2 sports coupe concept from the 2005 Tokyo motor show was also in the running for this vacant specialty car slot in Nissan’s line-up, but the Foria, we hear has now been canned.
A decision, one way or another, is due next year if the car, whatever it might be, is to make it into production by 2010. So, what car do you think Nissan should build?

no thanks on the 2.5 either.
How about a turbomotor built to spec? High-flow head, variable timing and lift, decent sized turbo, large injectors, fmic, etc and sub $25k pricetag?
The interior and reliability and power woes go out the door when a higher output turbo 4 is offered Especially with the new flashable ECUs that all cars have now
