Oddly enough, I have seen 2 in real life in my city. But if you want it, it's a "special" order since dealers only order Classic Silver, Desert Sand and Magnetic Grey.

Just Toyota. Remember it's by sales not by time so since Toyota already sold > 60,000 units, their tax credit drops. Ford, Honda, Nissan and GM still have their full credits.
