07 GS350. Newer car, newer better engine. I do like the LS430 as well, but for my taste and style, the GS series size is about the largest car for me and my family. I actually have a 99 LS400 right now which I think is a great car, but we are selling it because size wise it is a little too big especially for my wife. Other than that though both cars a great. I prefer what little extra sport the GS has to offer over the LS430 though as I'm more biased toward sporty cars than all out luxury cars. That is just my preference though. I wouldn't mind owning either one.

I would pick 07 GS350. I just like the sport sedan more than the pure luxurious LS. Also, I don't want a V8 engine.

LS 430 is a beauty but the GS 350 is a new car, I prefer a new car.

If the mileage on the LS430 is low, and it's loaded with options, I would rather take that instead of a "base" GS350.

The LS is only a couple of years old, and it still has some of the best luxury and comfort that you'll find in a car...

I've seen some 2004-2005 LS430s very nicely equipped (nav, lev, heated/cooled front seats, heated rear seats, smart key access, etc) on ebay with 30-40k miles for only 29-33k bucks.

They're pretty tempting. I know how incredibly nice those cars are. I just think I'd end up getting bored with them pretty quickly, though. They also look pretty dated IMO - or at least they look like they belong in the hands of somebody in their 50s or 60s, not a 25 year old like myself.

I think I'd get the GS350. It's probably not as smooth or quiet... but close enough, and probably a lot more interesting to drive, too. And if you're more like my age people won't look at you funny like 'why is he driving his grandpa's car??'

GS350 for me. I prefer it over the LS, especially if the GS came with AWD.

I think the LS430 is still the better car overall, but the GS350 usually appeals more to younger people, so it's your taste & preference.

ooh tough choice. The GS is a great car and has a new engine that's more powerful and more fuel efficient yet you can't escape the aura of an LS. My pick is going to have to be.... the GS.

It has a fantastic interior and the latest navigation software version. It has optional AWD and rides very well.

I like the LS430 a lot, but compared to the LS460 it looks really dated

430 LS. It is the flagship car.

The 2 cars are nearly total opposites from a driving experience. LS is much roomier and comfier. GS is more coupe like inside. LS trunk is huge, GS is small.

GS will cost less to maintain. LS more, being its flagship.

GS has the new tech and engine, that wins me over.
