ehh.. the front looks Honda-ish (either Honda or Acura.. can't quite put a finger on it). The rear looks pretty good although I doubt those integrated exhaust will make it (that or cleaning this vehicle will be a high priority). It is starting to look more and more like a "crossover" than it currently is.

Hint at the next-gen RX. That means in Detroit possibly we may see the production 09 RX.
It does look awkward, but that's party to do with the camera angles. The lines and styling on this appear awkwardly in the pics.
Let's wait for more pics and info before fully making judgement.
Also nobody has mentioned that there is a bit of info about the LF-A. Lexus now gives details that the body is in-fact made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (same material used in F1). It may or may not be the LF-A II concept. The press release is very vague, and also notice no pics.

Lexus may still be establishing itself in the Japanese domestic market but that hasn’t stopped it from preparing two concept vehicles and six production models for the nation’s premier auto show. Set to grace the stands at the upcoming Tokyo event will be the all-new LF-Xh performance SUV concept as well as the stunning LF-A supercar concept.
The new LF-Xh is described as a SUV based on the Lexus design philosophy of L-finesse and is powered by an advanced hybrid system. The set-up features a V6 petrol engine mated to a high-output electric motor as well as an AWD system. The concept measures in at 4.8m in length and 1.6m in height, making it a good candidate for a preview of the next-generation Lexus RX soft-roader.
Lexus’ other concept car will be the previous LF-A concept, a 5.0L V10 powered super-coupe with a body constructed from light weight carbon-fiber.
The fleet of production models will include the LS600hL hybrid saloon, new IS-F and the older GS450h and LS460.

It is only a concept. Hopefully it will not turn out that way. If it does. Lexus is going to lose a lot of loyal RX customers. That is what I am speculating. I could be wrong.
If no one buys this car in one year, Lexus will have to redesign it. Try and sell it for the cost of building it or just not make the RX anymore, because they ruined the RX.
The odds of them using a glass roof, is 0.

A number of items dear to the hearts of the designers won't make production. Rear view cameras, all-glass roof, extreme headlights, tight body creases, oversized wheels with tight wheel cutouts and others are either illegal or impractical for production. I applaud one item, the "glass cockpit" instruments, which are now standard on most light aircraft, will open up superior displays and flexible (possibly driver-selected) graphics, eliminating the familiar "steam gauges".

It looks different, which I think is a good thing, don't want another cookie-cutter design, at least I don't think it's ugly for a SUV.
Yes, I think there is nothing extraordinary about a glass roof anymore, the lowly Mercedes C-class coupe had it years ago, before all other merecedes models.
