As in, you driving and your like "I think I want a new car"???

Like spur, impulse buying? Or maybe mid-life crisis or whatever crisis buying?

Anyway to fight the feeling??

Happens all the time.... how do I fight it? I just check my bank account, get depressed, and then realize my car still is pretty nice considering it's age/mileage.

Not me. There aren't too many cars out there that I would like to actually finance. I could put better use of my money somewhere else.

For now, people still think my car is relatively new, so why upgrade

It's the same for me, I usually think very carefully before committing a big sum on a depreciating asset.

A few years ago, I kept an Acura CL-S coupe for just one year to trade for my G35 coupe, I don't think I would likely do something similar again.

Not for a second. I have thought in the future of getting an IS, but I may even collect a first year LS400 or ES250 in the future.

Yeah, the urge is there but if the $$ isn't there, it prevents such purchases...no $$, no toy. As nice as some cars are, my mental plan has specific time periods.
